To ensure the highest quality of service and maintain safety standards, we kindly ask that our clients not remain in the shop while their vehicle is being detailed. Please note that we do not have a waiting room, so we ask that you fully leave the premises during your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you back to a beautifully refreshed vehicle!

Vehicle Pick-Up

Due to limited storage capacity, we kindly request that all vehicles be picked up within one hour of notification of service completion. This helps us maintain a smooth workflow and ensures that we can continue providing excellent service to all our clients. If a vehicle is not picked up within this time, we will relocate it across the street to a public parking lot. Please be assured that your vehicle will be securely locked and its keys will be kept safely at our shop until your arrival. Refine My Ride is not responsible for weather conditions affecting vehicles parked outside. We appreciate your understanding!
