Important Information
Extreme Dirt & Pet Hair Removal Fee – $100
Excessive pet hair and heavy dirt buildup require extra time, tools, and effort to properly clean. This fee ensures we can restore your vehicle’s interior to our high standards. The fee is subject to the detailer’s discretion and will be determined before the detail begins.
Bio-Hazard Fee – $150+
Bodily fluids, mold, and other hazardous materials require specialized cleaning, protective equipment, and proper disposal to ensure safety and sanitation. Clients are expected to disclose any biohazards before the detail begins. If disclosed, the fee is $150. If an obvious biohazard is discovered mid-service, the fee increases to $250 due to the added risk and cleanup required. This fee is subject to the detailer’s discretion and will be determined based on the severity of contamination.
Your Comfort and Safety
To ensure the highest quality of service and maintain safety standards, we kindly ask that our clients not remain in the shop while their vehicle is being detailed. Please note that we do not have a waiting room, so we ask that you fully leave the premises during your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you back to a beautifully refreshed vehicle!
Vehicle Pick-Up
Due to limited storage capacity, we kindly request that all vehicles be picked up within one hour of notification of service completion. This helps us maintain a smooth workflow and ensures that we can continue providing excellent service to all of our clients. If a vehicle is not picked up within this time and we have an upcoming appointment, we may have to relocate it outside.
Please be assured that your vehicle will be securely locked and its keys will be kept safely at our shop until your arrival. Refine My Ride is not responsible for weather conditions affecting vehicles parked outside. We appreciate your understanding!
